Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation by you must be initiated by telephone or email to the Grape and Wine Niagara Tours Inc. Touring Center 905.682.4920 (in North America, you can call toll-free to 1.855.682.4920) OR by email to info@grapeandwinetours.com. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

In certain cases you may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon the following:
More than 7 days in advance 10% of the original ticket fee will be reimbursed to you
3-7 days in advance cancellation penalties will be 50% of the ticketed price
72 hours of your tour commencement refunds will not be available.

Standard Cancellation Policy
All changes are subject to availability. If changes are made seven days prior to your tour date a rebooking fee will apply
If Grape and Wine Niagara Tours is forced to cancel a booked tour, any prior payments will be fully refunded
Grape and Wine Tours operate in all weather, though reserves the right to alter or amend an itinerary if circumstances require.
Wineries and Venues may change due to availability

Private, corporate and group bookings have special cancellation policies to ensure your exclusive experience. see below
· A deposit of 50% of the quoted tour minimum is requested to hold tour date
· Full payment is required 7 days prior to departure.
